Please retain the following evidence and contact Overture customer service immediately if a damaged shipment is received or your tracked order is showing as delivered but has not been received.

-Damage problem - Customers need to provide packaging label, damaged item image and shipping box image
-Missing item - Customer needs to provide packaging label
-Wrong product - The package label and the picture of the wrong product that the customer needs to provide

WARM PROMPT: Normally, it will take 2~6 days before the filaments delivered to you. If you haven't received the items after 10 days, please contact us so we could make an investigation and compensate for the lost items


It is our goal at Overture to provide a comprehensive and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unused & sealed items within 30 days of the purchase date, for items that were purchased on or from an authorized seller(Refer to Authorized Sellers). Items purchased from any other third party distributor or seller must be returned through them. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value only.



Contact the service for the Warehouse Label that is needed to be sticked on the container box.
Note: Be sure to provide the name from the original order as well as the original order number.

After once again ensuring that the items are in their new condition, pack the item(s) for return, utilizing the return shipping label by UPS/USPS
Drop off the return at the appropriate shipper.
Since our products are delivered through Amazon FBA warehouses, the returned goods must be through Amazon. Once the return is received, the refund will be approved and processed. If there are any issues with the return, an e-mail will be sent notifying you of such.

All Overture products are covered by a 30-Day Satisfaction guarantee. Meaning, if you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase or it becomes defective, we will replace it with no questions asked. Additionally, if your item arrives damaged it will be replaced by Overture.

The 30 Day Satisfaction guarantee DOES NOT cover the following:

Any defect caused by:
Excessive wear and tear.
Abuse, neglect or improper use.
Items that have been attempted to repair.
Items purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED SELLER.
Items outside of the 30-day guarantee coverage period.
