14 Days Refund & Returned

All returns for refund must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.  If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customer service at service@overture3d.com

*If the package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact customer service for returns and exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost for exchange and refund.*

Cancel Order

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items returned within the guarantee period must be sealed and unused.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.

Resellers and Third-Party Purchases

  • We do not have any authorized resellers at the moment.
  • If you purchased our filament from third-party platforms (Amazon or Ebay etc.), please handle returns and refunds directly through the related platform.
