Our Favorite Moments from a Weekend in Loveland, CO
In May, we hit the road for Loveland, Colorado, joining thousands of makers, builders, and print enthusiasts at the Rocky Mountain RepRap Festival (RMRRF) - a weekend full of creativity, collaboration, and community. We brought along some of our newest filaments, a handful of fun prints, and a lot of excitement to reconnect with the people who keep the 3D printing world moving forward.
We Came for the Community
We didn’t come to sell - we came to be part of it. RMRRF is one of the most welcoming, energetic, and inspiring events in the maker space, and this year was no exception.
Our booth was buzzing with conversations all weekend long. We showcased our latest Easy PLA, Matte PLA, and PLA colors, talked shop with hobbyists and pros alike, and got to see firsthand how our materials are being used across a wide range of creative projects. Prints using Overture filament were everywhere - from functional parts to cosplay builds - and it was incredibly rewarding to see.
Our Death Racer Joins the Action
One of our favorite moments? Watching an Overture-themed Death Racer build hit the arena. We were proud to sponsor the racer and cheer it on as it crashed, dashed, and spun through the chaos. It was a great way to show off what our filament can handle - and just a lot of fun to be part of.
Our Top 10 Favorite Things at RMRRF
When we weren’t at the booth, we wandered the show floor - and it was nonstop inspiration. From clever DIY printer builds and wild toolhead mods to beautifully finished cosplay parts and full-blown printed vehicles, RMRRF 2025 was a showcase of what happens when creativity meets engineering. There’s nothing quite like seeing what the community dreams up when there are no rules and no limits.

Giving Back with a Discord Giveaway
To thank the community for all the energy and support, we hosted a Bambu P1P giveaway for attendees and existing members of our Discord after the event. It was a simple way to say thanks and keep the momentum going beyond the show floor.
Already Looking Ahead
This festival means a lot to us - not just as a brand, but as makers ourselves. The creativity, conversations, and the connections - it’s all part of what makes RMRRF so special.
