Official Updates for Overture3D Marker Rewards
We are pleased to share important updates to the Overture3D Marker Rewards. These changes are designed to make the program more straightforward and rewarding for our most active members.
1. Points & Redemption Policy Update
- 2025.1.1 - 2025.12.31
Points: All Overture3D Marker points earned during 2025 will remain valid through December 31, 2026, as long as your account remains active. Account activity includes signing up on the rewards page, making purchases, or earning points.
Redemption: All rewards redeemed during 2025 (including discount codes, gift cards, etc.) will be valid until December 31, 2026.
Example: Points earned on Oct 15, 2025, will expire on Dec 31, 2026.
- 2026.1.1 - 2026.12.31
Points: Starting January 1, 2026, all newly earned Overture3D Marker points will carry a 12-month validity period.
Example: Points earned on Mar 5, 2026, will expire on Mar 4, 2027.
We will notify you 1 month before any points expire to ensure you can use them in time.
Redemption: Rewards redeemed from January 1, 2026, will have a 365-day validity period from the redemption date.
2. Membership Tier Policy Update
Beginning January 1, 2026, your Overture3D Marker Rewards tier will be reassessed based on your 2025 purchase history.
Tier Maintenance:
If you make at least one purchase during the 2025 calendar year (January 1–December 31), your current membership tier—and all its benefits—will remain active through December 31, 2026.
Tier Downgrade:
If no purchases are recorded for the entire 2025 calendar year, your account will be downgraded by one tier, and the benefits of your previous tier will no longer apply.
3. Gift Card Policy Update
Effective immediately, all newly issued and existing gift cards will carry a 12-month validity period from either the date of issuance or the date this policy takes effect. This update has been automatically applied through our webshop backend.
Examples:
Case 1: A gift card issued on Oct 15, 2025, will expire on Dec 31, 2026;
Case 2: A gift card issued on Mar 5, 2026, will expire on Mar 4, 2027.
