We're excited to share updates to Overture3D Marker Rewards, making the program simpler and more rewarding for active members.
1. Points & Redemption Policy Update
2025.1.1 – 2025.12.31
Points: All Marker points earned in 2025 will stay valid until Dec 31, 2026, as long as your account stays active. Activity includes logging in, making purchases, or earning points in any way.
Redemption: Rewards redeemed in 2025, including discount codes and special offers, remain valid through Dec 31, 2026.
Example: Points earned on Oct 15, 2025, will expire Dec 31, 2026.
2026.1.1 – 2026.12.31
Points: Starting Jan 1, 2026, points you earn will be valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.
Redemption: Rewards redeemed from Jan 1, 2026, will be valid for 365 days from the redemption date.
Example: Points earned on Mar 5, 2026, will expire Mar 4, 2027.
Friendly Reminder: We’ll send you a notification 1 month before your points expire so you can use them in time.
2. Membership Tier Policy Update
Starting Jan 1, 2026: Your Overture3D Marker Rewards tier will be updated based on your purchases in 2025.
- Keep Your Tier: Make at least one purchase in 2025 (Jan 1–Dec 31), and your current tier—and all its benefits—will stay active through Dec 31, 2026.
- Tier Downgrade: If no purchases are made in 2025, your tier will drop by one level, and the benefits of your previous tier will end.
