Dear Valued Maker,
We are writing to inform you of important updates to the Overture3D Maker Rewards Program, designed to enhance transparency, fairness, and your overall experience. These changes will take effect on January 1, 2026.
1. Updated Points & Redemption Policy
We are simplifying how points work to provide greater clarity and flexibility.
For Points Earned in 2025:
- All points earned between January 1 – December 31, 2025 will remain valid until December 31, 2026, provided your account remains active (via login, purchase, or any point-earning activity).
- Rewards (e.g., discount codes) redeemed in 2025 will also be valid through December 31, 2026.
- Example: Points earned on October 15, 2025, will expire on December 31, 2026.
For Points Earned from 2026 Onward:
- Points earned on or after January 1, 2026 will be valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Rewards redeemed from 2026 onward will be valid for 365 days from the redemption date.
- Example: Points earned on March 5, 2026, will expire on March 4, 2027.
- Friendly Reminder: We will notify you via email one month before your points expire.
2. Updated Membership Tier Policy
Starting in 2026, your VIP tier will follow an annual cycle, aligning your status with your recent activity and allowing for instant recognition.
A. Your 2026 Starting Tier
Your initial VIP tier for 2026 will be determined by your total qualified purchases made between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
B. Real-Time Tier Updates in 2026
Throughout 2026, your tier will update automatically and in real-time. Once your year-to-date spending reaches a higher tier's threshold, you will be upgraded immediately.
C. Annual Tier Review & Adjustment
To maintain fairness, all member tiers will be reviewed and adjusted at the start of each calendar year based on the prior year's purchase activity.
- If you made no qualifying purchases in 2025, your tier will be adjusted downward by one level at the start of 2026.
- Members with qualifying purchases will have their tier aligned to match their total annual spend from the previous year.
D. Your Tier is Always Within Reach
Your tier reflects your past support, but you can always regain or advance it. Any new qualifying purchases in the current year can instantly restore or upgrade your status.
