We offer a hassle-free 14-day return window, during which customers can enjoy an unconditional return service.

Please Note:

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the item’s delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Items returned within this period must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. 
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at service@overture3d.com with your order number and the relevant item details.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service at service@overture3d.com for a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for replacement in such cases.
  • Third-Party Purchases: We do not have any authorized resellers at this time. If you purchased our filament from third-party platforms (such as Amazon or eBay), please contact the respective platform directly.
  • Order Cancellations: We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has already shipped, please request to return instead.
