We offer a hassle-free 14-day return window, during which customers can enjoy an unconditional return service.
Please Note:
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the item’s delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Items returned within this period must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.

Additional Information
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service at service@overture3d.com for a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for replacement in such cases.
Third-Party Purchases: We do not have any authorized resellers at this time. If you purchased our filament from third-party platforms (such as Amazon or eBay), please contact the respective platform directly.
Order Cancellations: We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has already shipped, please request to return instead.
