    Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

    The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Defects caused by excessive wear and tear
  • Abuse, neglect or improper use.
  • Items that have been attempted to repair.
  • Items purchased from an unauthorized reseller
