1. Shipping Regions & Rates

Shipping rates follow the same tiered structure across all regions:

United States Coverage: Contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.) Excluded: Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.). No international shipping.

  • Orders below $29.99: $5.99 Flat Rate
  • Orders $29.99 and above: Free Standard Shipping

European Union Coverage: Germany (DE), France (FR), Spain (ES) All prices are fully inclusive of VAT and import duties (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). The price shown at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees upon delivery.

  • Orders below €29.99: €5.99 Flat Rate
  • Orders €29.99 and above: Free Standard Shipping

United Kingdom Coverage: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales All prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may occasionally experience longer transit times.

2. Order Processing

The following policies apply uniformly across all regions:

  • Processing Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public/federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Split Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are calculated after order processing is complete. All timelines are estimates — delays may occur due to peak seasons, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.

4. Support for Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies to all regions.

To expedite your request, please provide:

  2. Clear photos of the damaged product, the outer shipping box, and the shipping label.
  3. A brief description of the issue (e.g., "Vacuum seal broken" or "Spool cracked during transit").

Resolution: Our team will review your claim and provide a replacement, refund, or further instructions within 3–7 business days.


5. Important Notes

Taxes & Duties by Region:

  • United States: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
  • European Union: All prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), fully inclusive of VAT and import duties. No additional charges upon delivery.
  • United Kingdom: All prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
